We just brought a used TP11 having some problems the computer will no longer boot as the 25VDC+ line was reporting over voltage at 31+VDC If we hit enable 25VDC+ on the power unit card it blows the 38+VDC Fuse F8.

Make sure your matrix tray is up high enough. The components in the matrix tray should be at least at board level. Also check your component height in the package list. If all that is OK then, check those Z locks I spoke of earlier.

have been through somethings with an engineer on the help desk and the concusion is that it is the z motor with the encoder that is causing the fuse to go so have ordered another. Not cheap though at nearly �500. Thanks very much for your help, it
