We have a DEK HORIZON 265 that seems to be having an issue with the pressure setting for the squeeges. It seems to have an override making the set point of the squeege pressure always be 5kg. I have it set to 12kg, but on the first print, it errors

Alrighty... Problem solved - ended up not being a problem at all. So, what I didn't realize, was that the knead pressure was 5kg, and the first print was always kneaded, so that's why the set pressure showed 5kg. After it was done kneading, the set

There are some excellent exhumation structures of high pressure and superhigh pressure metamorphic terranes in the Qinling-Dabie Mountain belt.

Dear Leeg, Generally the faster your print speed the more down pressure you need on the blade to roll the paste and wipe the stencil surface clean. Pastes with higher viscosity need more pressure at slow and high print speeds. Too much pressure cause

We have a controlled pressure facility. When the pressure is set at 0.2 lbs above outside our security doors that open outward do not close by themselvs causing alarms. Our facility remains dusty under and on equipment because of conditions listed on

It can be wrong pressure sensor switch setting, malfunction or low incoming air pressure. If incoming air pressure below the setting limit then 1 block stop message will display on screen.

We assume your stencil is clean. So, try: * Reduce stencil separation speed. * Reduce squeegee pressure. If the pressure is not proper, excess number of particles are stuffed into an aperture and inner pressure / friction among particles increase, an

Thanks for the help. In looking at these now I have questions on the recommended impact pressures. Is there a certain pressure recommended for certain types of devices? Does IPC or anyone call out recommended pressures for circuit boards?

Important mainly for consistency of pressure across the entire board length... But also quite abusive of stencils to use longer blades. Especially since (most people) when using the longer blades will bump the pressure up even higher to minimise th
