Since you got no reply, I will give it my best shot but we do not have a radial inserter because they are really expensive. I would start with Universal instruments. I think its http://www.uic.com. I think they still make them in New York. TDK and Pa

I forget which type of CTA that machine has so I probably won't be much help. It's been ages since I worked on them but it doesn't look like you'll find many people that have. That said, usually if you get things aligned properly and it still bends

My recollection is that there is a carrier clip locator that positions (centers) the clip in front of the CTA. Has the adjustment on that been confirmed as well? (Edited because some of it's coming back to me!): I think there is a diamond shaped pin

If your through holes are overlarge or the anular rings too small, the surface tension of the wave may exceed that of the joint. I would look at the design. You may want to put a strip of kapton tape on the following edge of the panel to test the "
