Mike, To answer your question, Yes we have thru-hole parts on the boards that we converted to double-sided reflow, we use pallets to select solder the leads. I suppose Masking would work, but that's using a lot of mask. Can I ask, whats preventing

Has anyone had any experience using EMC Global Technologies for wave solder pallets, reflow fixtures or workboard holders? I am thinking about using them and would like to know how there quality and service is. Also how are there prices? Would you co

Anyone using selective soldering pallets to run boards with previously reflowed bottom side SMT through the wave? Any comments, pro or con? Seems like a reasonable approach for someone that doesn't want to install a dispenser.

We can provide cheaper and better quality pallet for both Wave soldering and Reflow application. Our manufacturing facility is located in Malaysia. All American major EMS offshore facilities in Malaysia are using our services.

Anyone out there using OSP with double sided reflow and selective solder pallets? I am having trouble testing through what is left of the Entek Plus on the test pads.

More detail Jinesh. Profile, datasheet of the part, stencil design, PCB finish, soldering material. Initially I am assuming you use pallet to reflow 0.2mm thick board.

we can test the defects with multimeter after reflow ,before ICT.and if we replace this damaged parts with good ones.everthing is ok.I'm sure this part is damaged during reflow, but why not other 19 same parts of the 20 on each board?we attach a therm

I've used plenty of weights in the wave solder process, but not in the SMT reflow process. Ask yourself some why's.... such as why is the part lifting at one end? (board bowing possibly), why? Not the correct tg material or issue with oven profile? W
