Check out http://www.solderstar.com They have 4 , 6 , 9 or 12 channel products. Software is user friendly and contains predefined specs. for solder paste & reflow ovens. Makes setup quick & easy, also has simulation tools to quickly optimize profile

Thanks, I am extremely new to this, in fact it's my first board that I am attempting to put together. I just needed an out put that pulsed between 0v-.09v. I am using it for an oxygen sensor simulator and found this diagram. I will try that site that

Can anyone help me recommend or simulate a SPI and AOI machine that can balance our FUJI NXT 1 with 14 modules. We are using MPM accela printer. 200 UPH is our target. Here's the PCB dimension length(x) = 399.92mm width(y) = 141.626mm Thanks all!

A recalled Toyota Corolla went straight through the front door of a home in Georgia. Pretty much like the professor simulated but in real life. This was a recalled vehicle so evidently the pedal theory might be incorrect. http://www.cnn.com/video/

You won't have 2 mil height because the solder doesn't remain brick shaped. It's a dome. In the past I tried doing some calculations using the formula for the volume of a spherical section and also tried using a simulation program that accounts for

Hi, If your PCB is large, you waste a time. Any picture, you takes, will be with corner distortion. I suggest you to: 1. use AOI (manually or automatically) 2. try simulation of your PCB production before real SMT production process 3. use human FAI

the most common reason can be popcorning of the device or warpage of the packages during reflow. the distacnce from the boatom of the device is decreased hence the solder shorts. Trying doing some measurements on the package during simulated reflow.

I've seen a few used machinery companies using manual smema interface boxes with a few buttons on them to simulate upline and downline equipment but I haven't found anyone selling them or info on them. Does anyone know where they can be bought or if
