We have used both Datapaq and ECD Mole in the past. Either system will do the job for you, slight preference would be for the ECD system.

You need to adjust the air kiss. The machine blows a slight amount of air after placement and it is probably adjusted too high.

What??? Those parts are fiiiiiine. You just need a slightly more aggressive flux. Sheesh. What's the big deal? I've gotten worse parts from a broker and had to make them work. (Ow. I planted my tongue so firmly in my cheek that it hurts)

Slight variations should have little impact on your product under normal conditions. All depends on your board.

Open the same size as the via's anular ring. Any slight off print will wet its way back into the via hole.

Again, if the connectors can stand reflow temperatures you have the option of intrusive reflow (pin in paste)where you print paste over the holes for one of the connectors. I have did this before on a slightly different type of connector. Works prett

No pictures pre-paste. I have noticed on a few occasions a couple of boards that look like they have a slight discoloration on some areas of the board. Kind of like a shadow almost on the gold. Josh

We use PVA and I have had bubbles that came from the pressure in the pressure pot being to high. Also the material filter was slightly clogged. I'm not sure of your setup hope this helps.
