Also a little more info: We are not needing to wash the boards clean of flux and manufacturing debris. The washing takes place to remove dirt from use in the field over time.

Using a dishwasher is good. Hookup DI water input to aid in cleanlyness. Also, you should add a saponofier. All of the major manufactures of fluxes have their own chemistry

I guess the problems are about humidity. How much time before production we need to store in Dry Unit? We have the SD532-31 SUPER DRY gabinet and we will use to store the PCBs. Thank you for your answer.

We just got a wave solder machine and we are using Sn100. I am new to the wave process. I see a product called "Super Deox Dross Reducer". Is this something we should be using? Is there a downside? Better alternatives? Thanks!

Thats nice sfeinsp. I have also used several of ECD's products including the Super Mole Gold and the V-mole and they are fine products. My question was is anybody using the ECD OvenChecker system and what are your thoughts on the product.
