Thanks for your input. Have you or anyone considered CyberOptics SE300? How does it works for small solder paste deposits (i.e. 0201)?

Does anyone have real working experience with the Orbotech Symbion P36 solder paste AOI? And does anyone have real working experience about the CKD VP 1000 system? What do you think about the CyberOptics SE300 system? Thanks, MJ

Does anyone out there know of anyone who can repair the Green firewire camera (Cyberoptics) off the Dek printers. I had 2 go bad and would like to get them fixed if possible so I would have backups. Thanks in Advance

In the early days Quad machines were fitted with an alignment system that was purchased from a company named Cyberoptics. Quad then developed their own alignment system and called it Quadalign.

Just a slight correction....the quad align card is located at the back rear right of the machine (in a cage). If it is a cyber-optics 4c machine....the laser align card is in the front card rack to the far left.

Exactly. And now a day, we are sourcing quite a number of alternative component. (e.g. IC, capacitor...) Template matching may took long time to calibrate the variances too. Desperate to look for cyberoptics representative to have a presentation

Anyone try Cyberoptics SAM technology before? My company do not have so many talent engineers to handle algorithm tuning :( What to do?
Our Company handle AOI (Auto Optical Inspection) and SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) Machines.
