4000 series is max. PCB size 457mmx356mm 5000 series is 508mmx457mm max. PCB size

We had a problem with conformal coating getting under an IC and with Temp. and vibration would cause cracking of the solder bump, underfill solved the problem.

That's pretty apparent, isn't it? SMT is smaller, faster, lighter, better... Elkectronics are smaller, faster, better... See any correlation here? How do you write 5000 words on that?
