This is what you might expect from a economy (cheap) system. I have profiling problems, not repeatable. Underboard heater problems, temp. inconsistent depending on color. I'm stuck, so be careful!!!

I have the same Heller 1500 and am about to start evaluating paste. Would you be so kind as to provide your oven set points to give me a baseline to start with? I think this would save myself and others a lot of time and effort ;-) Thanks James S

I agree with Russ, check Glenbrook out. We ended up getting a VJ Electronix 1500 but I was pushing for the Glenbrook.

2xGSM-1, MPM UP1500, MVP AOI. I'm really most concerned with the GSM's, though. :/

I'm looking for the pin out of the cable between monitor ( CRX 1500 F ) and the MCS-16. On the monitor side , it's a Centronic 36 pin plug. On the MSC side it's a standard DB 25 plug. Thanks for your time

We have a Heller 1500W Reflow oven and need a way to catch boards as they come out of the oven. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to do this. Your reply will be appreciated.

Give the Ersa a look. Big advantages: closed loop and no 10 different nozzles. (I wont boast about 'how great' it is, give your local Ersa rep a call and decide for yourself!)
