Press both buttons simultaneously. Press black button 3 times. Led will flash then go solid. This will toggle the pitch between 2mm and 4mm. have fun.

That may just be an optical illusion. I've just measured and they're cut to just over 4mm (0.157"). The pot is at the level specified by the manufacturer (5mm from the bottom of the PCB if I remember correctly).

Load part on 0201 feeder Install .4mm nozzles in machine Load program and press start button. Feeders, nozzles and machine must be within factory specifications.

What is the difference between jet printing & jet dispensing. Our's is small prototyping, high reliability PCB assembly business. The SMT components used are up to 0.4 mm pitch BGA & 0201 size chips. Which is more suitable for us?

I don't know your board, but for this specific part: 10mil round aperture on a 3.5mil stencil with type 4 paste wold be ideal

Anyway, after both procedures, the feeder still advancing more than 4mm (like 12mm or so)

Yes, 0.25x0.25 square could work @0.1 thickness, use nano-coating or electroform stencil for better solder paste release.
