AOI cycle times typically increase as defects/false calls found increases. If it's not that then possibly aging hardware or something has become corrupt in the software?

I think they can all support pneumatic but it might depends on the age, I'm not sure about series 2 Genesis. Something to watch is that they can't all support 24 V Electric feeders. Mine does but it's an option. 48v is the standard for gold feeders

The low value will be 0.624uF. You have to factor it from the low tolerance (-10%). So: 0.9 x 0.92 (machine tolerance) x 0.91 x 0.91 x 0.91 (3 decade aging factor for X7R dielectric). We factor hours at the 3rd decade (10,000 hours), but you can

We don't do this, but if we had to and lacking better advice, for all components Id dry pack according to J-STD-033, store in a low temperature and humidity controlled environment [maybe using some semicon fab inert storage cabinets], review the eff
