Jax, I called BP Micro. They don't have offline programming capabilities for the quad machines. They use the handheld and camera system to program the pickups and placements. That was a good try, I forgot BP Micro was using the IIC - IVC machines

Thanks for the help. The data doesn't show up until you perform the export (copy) function. The split programs that are in AP still have no data but the exported programs are complete. Thank you

You need to check and see what you have 'y' set to in teach fiducials. Make sure you have only 1 with a 'y'(panel or multi-image fids)....then teach the appropriate one.

I only have 'Y' in the "Global Fiducial Correction" box , but it still gives me the error of "Fiducials not taught". Any more suggestions?

ok....couple of other questions first......does your machine say MVS when entering into central controller? After you teach your fiducials...Are you entering out of the screen....if you hit escape it doesnt save what you have done.

Yes, it does says "Sending MSG to MVS" and yes, I am entering out of the teach screen.

For some reason....i thought there was some kinda bug that you didnt see that it worked but it actually did. You may want to take the program to the machine and see if it worked.

I copied the program over to the 4C but It still hasn't split the program. I must have an incorrect setting somewhere.

This is my last guess....but make sure you have nozzles assigned for both machines because if you dont it will assign everything to one machine......hence.....one program.

That's an amazing shot in the Dark. Never had to put in a CD to make it work....But, you could also try to add aluminum foil to the light tower to improve the reception, maybe that will help! Or even bring in someone to meditate over the machine wh
