Hi Ken, You're right - they're not doing anything smart, they are just using a rechargable battery pack. It's not even the latest or most suitable technology for the application (Li-ion has far better temperature characteristics & far high capacity

At the risk of being lambasted the Contact machines are very easy to program and have double the feeder capacity in a much smaller footprint. Please don't hate me.

no offense Grant--I was designing P & P equipment and vehemently studying competition when your mother was still wiping your nose...I was just responding to the previous comment about footprint and feeder capacity--for which there is no equal to the

Thanks guys, I took out the harddrive and I am in the process of getting one. It is about 90G capacity by Hitachi. Now do I need to get the same size or bit higher? Thanks

No the machine is not capacity constrained. We do not use IPC-9850. Rated CPH is taken from Equipment manufaturer. Fuji-CP643. Universal HSP4796 We have 3 manufaturing units at different location Difficult to standardize OEE calculation

Manuel: What is the objective of OEE? It seems to say it's OK to give-up 4% of your quality, if you can increase your machine speed by 5%. Does it work on machines that are not capacity constrained?

Hi all, lately ofen I have problem with cracked ceramic capacitors. We use 0805 and 0603 cap. Samsung.ICT measure diferent capacity of nominal. If I tray to desoldering component , then component cracked.I think , that the reason is the moisture in com
