It sounds to me like your using only the Global fiducial mode. If your running multiple images on one panel use image fiducials instead

When possible we put 2 images on a stencil to save money and storage space. I was told the DEK can not use offset images, Is this true?

Probably depends on the model. We have DEK Horizon and we sometimes place 2 images on the same sheet (in the Y dimension. It's not possible for the X dimension). Just make sure that there's enough space for a paste roll and squeegees between the imag

Thanks for the reply. So a mix of two images is made by optics(2 prisms) and ONE camera shows the result? Or there are two cameras and a mix of two images is made in video mixture device?

Do you have any images that show the soldered terminations? Also images of the pcb terminations after the part has moved might be helpful.

Unscrew it, pull it out at least a bit so you can take a better frontal image of it and from the side too. Then you would have better luck to find what connector it is by using the Google Image search

We commonly put two images on a stencil 180 deg apart to save space and reduce cost. We keep the image centered left/right because the machines don't like it when they are offset, but turning them around front to back is no issue.
