Make sure your machine configuration is correct. You may have something assigned to the machine that is no longer there. For 24V check to make sure all of the E-stop jumpers are plugged in.

My own unit has an internal transformer also. It has multiple secondaries, and a divided primary which can be configured to the required voltage by changing jumpers. Best regards.

Do You know what is the purpose of slot 12 card, the third one?I it has the fail led on after startup so it cannot pass the machine model loading stage.

Sorry, I did not check the forum for a few days. Slot 12 controller is in charge for PWC and Beam1 Head1 (front) theta and Z axes. Which sw. version is installed on your machine?

Failure on PCIB40#3; try swap with PCIB40#5. Will need to change addressing (jumpers or rotary SW).

check 12PL14, 12PL16, 12PL17 connectors. also, there are few jumpers on backplane of Y1, check them too. a single broken wire can get you this error, so my bet is cables.

Is it possible that the conveyor controller card has the capability to switch direction with something simple like a jumper shunt?

we don't have a jumper shunt in this conveyor. This conveyor belt running forward direction since 5 years but all of sudden change to reverse direction. Is this any software issue? Note: Both side sensors are working fine

Also, Check jumpers on 9pin connectors at front, rear and both side. If anyone missing or broken, will do the same.

Thank you for your help. I did purchase one of those emulators but didn't work for some reason. Is there maybe a different setting on the jumpers? I will try again with the software you recommend and hopefully that does the trick. Gabriel
