That's funny Ken. The Topaz does many things well....but going fast isn't one of them....no matter what spin you put on it. Placements per square foot....now I've heard everything.

Ken is right about the BTU VIP's, we have 2 both about 6 years old as well, i've been here 1 1/2 years and only replaced a 15V power supply on one of them, no other issues at all.

Ken, what software do you use to aid your programming process? i've seen programs like GC-PLACE which could help verify customers cad data and rotations prior to setting up on a line, are there any others that the forum would recommend looking at?

Hi Ken. Is this happening on all of your machines, or isolated to just one? The first question I would have is to find out if it is networked. If so, if you isolate the machine(s), does it continue? It could be your network settings (bad values
