Huh?! The area of a square that fits in a circle is clearly less than the circle. Paste release is better in a circle than a square because the circle has maximum area per perimiter lenght.

would the accumlative overall cost of repair not govern the amount of rework that can be performed. so that if aboard costs 5 dollars to repair and sells for 7 then the amount of effort and time cosumed would not warrent the repair in the first place

I can only speak for the Fuji, but it is quite possible to get the maximum placement as long as you set the feeders and cut out some of the programming options that slow the machine. But then you may have a line-balancing issue, i know i did.
