Electronics Forum | Thu May 04 02:07:44 EDT 2006 | CW

Hi, There are a couple of Omniflow 7 and 7E that are being used in the production. Recently we found a lot of flux clogging up the exhaust ducts. Anybody who uses the same type of tool who has seen this kind of problem? How can we fix this? Does

Really need Omniflow 7 replacement cooling zone blower motor!!

Electronics Forum | Thu Dec 21 09:32:35 EST 2006 | Brandon

Does anyone know of a source other than speedline? I know these can be had for $100. Speedline wants $1600. It is a cooling zone blower motor for a cross blow system. Not the same blower you see on the top of the heating zones. This one mounts from t

I have found a screen in the software that appears to be some setup data for the conveyor. I cannot find any information in the manual refering to this screen. If you open "SCREENS" then "DEBUG DATA" then "CONVEYOR" there are some setup parameters. D

Omniflow reflow blowers going bad ?

Electronics Forum | Tue Sep 11 08:36:53 EDT 2007 | cyber_wolf

We seem to have a lot of blowers going bad on our Omni 10 lately. We run PB free and/or elevated sn/pb profiles on a regular basis. I am starting to suspect that the elevated zone temps are causing the blowers to fail. Has anyone else had this prob

Omniflow reflow blowers going bad ?

Electronics Forum | Wed Sep 12 13:11:50 EDT 2007 | nitro

Usually the bearings lock up. I keep one spare blower on hand and change it out when I have one go bad, then take the bad one apart and change the bearings. The bearings are about $4.00 per set and are pretty common. Not too hard to find. I am using

We used to have similar issues with large fallout on ours. I have been writing the date on mine for the last few years. We were having premature fallout due to our techs not installing them with proper screw installing pattern, which seemed to be cau
