Data IO Corp. is a leading programming company in Redmond Wash. They also have equipment which will tape and reel the programmed components to go right on your automated assembly equipment. Worked quite well for us, but there may be others. Good luck

I have a need to program about 200,000 NEC 78064 OTP Processors over the next year. I am looking for a programming house that uses automated component handling equipment. Please e-mail me at eldons@instromedix.com with any recommendations. Thanks!

We are looking to convert our Tenryu programs to Europlacer and wonder if anyone has either a viewer for the Tenryu files or knows of a conversion program that is available?

Jax, I called BP Micro. They don't have offline programming capabilities for the quad machines. They use the handheld and camera system to program the pickups and placements. That was a good try, I forgot BP Micro was using the IIC - IVC machines

How many programs do you store at the machine? How long does it take to load a program, how many placements are in that program?

Thanks for the help. The data doesn't show up until you perform the export (copy) function. The split programs that are in AP still have no data but the exported programs are complete. Thank you
