we are using heareous F381, F352 no clean solder paste. specially in qfp for high frequency board we observe that cleaing / removing of ' no clean flux 'is require. if we do not clean same most of time after all test & envioumental test it shows pin

qfp tray one corner on the holder is 45 degree cutted there is the pin 1 bga also one corner is different in the tray at tape packaging I'm not sure, I have seen diferent comissions belong supliers

Hi, I attach the termocouples with high temperature solder wire, at the QFP pins.Other thermocople I attach at package with high temperature tape.

We are using ST Demodulator QFP in our product which have exposed pad / heatsink from bottom side. Visually or in magnifier the solder joint or fillet looks good but if we touch up the pins with soldering guns , PCB works fine.
