What is the best way/material to clean leads with 20% copper exposed that have been sitting in a stock room for a couple of years. My process uses NC flux 263 from AIM and I want to stay with the NO-Clean as much as possible!

What is the composition of tin to lead in the "Liquid Tinner"? It's been my experience that the higher the tin, the duller the solder appears. I've used 63/37 and 70/30 that both look shiny, whereas 80/20 does look dull. Just another thought to cons

The best off-the-shelf option is: Go back to your customer and have them relay-out the board. This will: * Reduce labor costs. * Improve reliability by lowering the chance of package cracking caused by less than optimal lead forming.

check some relay might be bad on MTU. we faced similar problem in IP3.

yes we already swapped the relays and they worked fine on the second machine. How would we verify it is the ballscrew if that is a possibility?

I'm not finding 24Vdc at any feeder location?! I checked all pins with the coresponding feeder activated through the I/O and a key in the emergency disconnect. Am I not using the correct procedure to check for my 24V?
