I know that the smallest size available Kapton Tape is only 1/4". Does anyone know if there is such a thing, or where I can get a custom made roll of 1/8" Kapton Tape?

That's ridiculous. I honestly can't remember where we used to get ours (my days with an inline printer are just a memory), but it might have been JnJ. Try jnj-industries.com.

Cheers - didn't notice the rolling difference - our printers kneed the paste regularly so keep it workable. You learn something every day.

Yes I would have to agree Kemet is the worse. I believe our feeders are just not strong enough to handle the thickness of the tape. It seems to need alot of force to move and to roll the tape through.
