I second what Pete said. If you cant afford a new SPM buy a used one. They are around $10K to $15K right now. The resale value on the SPM will also be alot better than on the UP100.

You might like to look at the R29-V. Its similar to the SPM but a lot cheaper. Check it out on RPAmericas web site. http://www.rpamericas.com. They should be showing it at Apex this year on stand 1417. It also has both std and vac wet/dry usc.

Hi Debi, I have worked with both these printers in the past. Had some problems with the DEK. Take it for what it is worth but the MPM seemed more dependable than the DEK.

I have used both the MPM and DEK. The MPM's look nicer and have a few fancy features but the DEK printed more consistent time and time again. I believe you spend a lot more money for MPM's when DEK will give you what you need.

With the machine off, try to move all axes manually away from any limits, i.e.: away from the end of their course. Some machine can't deal with having axes at limit when you turn them on.

You may also have a faulty sensor. We have a MPM that had a faulty sensor and caused reset problems

We have had the same problem with an AP27. The cause then was that for some reason the drivers for the mouse was "crappy". So when we pressed the next-button the computer recogniced it as the exit-button. We downloaded new drivers for the logitech mo
