Happy Holidays to all! Has anyone seen or heard of an automatic cleaner for squeegee blades and holders? I searched the archives and found nothing! I simply don't want to tie up the stencil cleaners with squeegees! thanks, Kris

When it quits printing correctly.... replace it. No, it is not after a certain number of squeegee strokes. The only way that could possibly be calculated is if your squeegee blade parameters never varied.

The only difference I've noticed going from OEM to after market/coated is, as a maintenance tech I don't get as much complaining from the line operators about the condition of their blades once we switched. We buy from Transition Automation.

SQUEEGEE snap off is the gap between the top of the stencil and the the bottom of the squeegee blades. You can measure it with a set of feeler gauges.
