Hi, can someone give definition on pot life? does the pot life start once it's been taken out from fridge or the pot life starts once recommended thawing ends?

That little cylinder comes apart. Sometimes they get gummed up and need to be taken apart and cleaned.If it does not make the sensor in time, it pops an error up.

Baking it's key for success on this task. Water evaporates @ 100 deg. C. Use that temperature, or higher, for that process and your problems or concerns can be taken care of. Be wise on your cleaning process, otherwise this could lead to failures too

The few timeds this happened to me, it was taken care of by cleaning the feeder thoroughly. Be sure to check moving part for damage.
