Hi, Ok that's a good idea, and they have a smaller tray feeder, so that's about the only problem I could see. I would love to get NXT, but it's just too expensive when compared to XP machines, but the dual lane is the extra I guess. I love the flexi

Yes! Thank you. That was not intuitively obvious, nor did the manual make that point clear at all. I can now create new SMD Types. Now if I just had the foggiest idea on how to set up and assign feeders, I might be able to generate my program. Right

Has anyone heard of a single or double tray holder plate for Siemens Siplace equipment (either OEM or aftermarket). This would be similar to the Universal, Quad, and Zevatech platens for trays that just clip on to the feeder holders. Have only a co

Make sure you get a good upward looking camera combo. 4.0 on rear and 2.6 for PTF (platform tray feeder) parts is my favorite. Easy to wrench on, calibrate (if you have a cal. kit), and easy to program. Single beam will run at 2000+ cph and dual b

Hi, I checked one out in Taiwan recently, and they had two NXT systems on the booth. I think they are very exciting, and being able to change the mounter head and camera, and dual lane is good for through put. However each bay is only 20 x 8mm feed

A typical machine will have around 100 feeder slots. Manufacturers use the slots differently though, use 8mm feeder counts as your basis. Siemens, for example has 40 slots but you can get 2 (or 3) 8mm's per slot giving you 80+ 8mm feeders, while a Sa
