You might want to try reducing your stencil aperture by 10% first off; if it still swims try using a home plate design. Also if your profile is going into liquidous to fast, this might cause the swimming as well, check your profile.

Try Siemens splice tape. It comes in two different sizes and works very well. I've tried Boyd, but we had to many problems with the tape breaking. If you interested, I can email you part numbers for the splice tape and supplies.

What are your preheat rates? Try a slower ramp. A typical insurance policy is to kapton tape the gold card edge. If your problem persists, try baking the boards to drive the moisture out.
