The only company I've heard of that has parts and perhaps service is https://tmsolderingsolutions.com/#section2 I have not used them myself. My brother has ordered some minor parts from them with success.

Hi Marlyn, We use durastone pallets over a wave - so areas machined out so the solder can get to the pins but not the SMT. You can also get fancy selective solder machines, but I'm guessing that as you're asking you haven't got one. Hope that help

So others can solder the same board and part but you can't. Dipping the legs in flux doesn't help. Then it's either your pre-heat or wave. Measure your pre-heat and compare to others or flux mfger. Do you have chip wave or something like an Omega

We use SN100C for wave soldering and hand Lead free soldering and have had very good results. The wire cored solder for hand soldering flows good and makes very good solder joints. The SN100C in the wave solder machine also works very good. We use

I would say no, unless your machine is in extremeconditions. You may want to check your flux / preheat out as well. If you are leaving a lot of flux on the board at wave, it may be boiling - which can cause solder balls.
