The machine had the Auto Tray installed but was removed to put here in the company because the machine was bigger than my elevator. The owner told me it was working, which made me waste time testing all possible settings, electronic cards and cables.

If you're using a good quality nozzle, you can clean the oxidation off with a wire brush and an emery cloth. Just make sure you re-tin it very well before you use it.

Possibly blocked air lines did you check air pressure? Also drivers on the relevant boards. or simply damage in the flexible wiring harness( a nightmare) sarason

Thermal switch? I only recall our pots having 4 heating elements wired together to a plug.
