Used Equipment from China

Based on the amount of equipment I am seeing available in China for sale, my guess is China is suffering from over capacity issues at the this time. I could be wrong but it doesn't appear the world wide board assembly economy is anything but flat.

yes, it is correct. also CP6 & IP3 require different placment angle in program if you are placing ICs & transistor from these machine ( 180 + )so can not contorl through CAD data best way is to make one sameple board for trial

I do not know JOT conveyors but I do know other manufacturers. Based on that I do not believe this alone will work: -fixed rail on wrong side probably -sensors for board control in wrong location -smema ports may be to far from where they need to co

We have our board house apply a peel coat mask that can be brushed off after wave or reflow. You need to brush off while it's still warm.

no problem. Tell them to check old 'q-tips' and i believe it was called 'c-series odd placement' and there is a basic 'how to' on doing multi-rotated boards. Its not easy and could frustrate you but it will definatly work.
