Flexibility (if what I am thinking about flexibility is correct) is more important than speed. Most of the time spent on reloads, not the runs. We have high mix and fairly low volume (100-1000) Medium complexity QFPs, 0402, LEDs 100-2000 components p

Check out Yamaha - also old. A large number of parts (the same machines under the Assembleon, Philips brand), cheap feeders, many parts suppliers. Models from 2 to 16 heads, e.g. Emerald-X can accommodate 84 INDEPENDENT 8 mm feeders.

And would it be worth ressurecting anything from before the boom-bust a few years ago? There were a lot of cancelled orders for new machines and the market dropped out of the used equipment market. I'm sure most of the cancelled order machines are

I don't know, what you are expecting? The complete set of manuals in folders weigh a few pounds and cost very likely ~ $400 in shipping and have to be paid in advance. There are manuals on a CD in .pdf format of about 200 Mb, which I offered to send,

My simple thoughts are that Manncorp is responsible for simply selling and supporting these machines for these OEMs in the U.S.A. I have talked over the phone with the guys in Germany at Autotronik and Manncorp is their distributor in the U.S.A. Auto

I hadn't suggested the IINEO's because as a step up from Neoden's its a huge leap in price and perhaps around twice the price of the AM100, that gap would narrow as you purchased even more feeders. If you have a big product mix or are a small batch

I've dealt with MyData, Assembleon, Fuji, and Juki over the last 9 years with the majority being MyData and Juki so I'll talk about them. MyData was very nice for high mix/low volume due to the ease of setup and smart feeders, but I felt like I was

We currently have Yamaha/Assembleon Opal with heller 1800. I think we can start with just a printer and PnP. I am open to a refurb printer but would like to get a new PnP. I understand it costs a minifortune but working out bugs and lack of maintenan
