Any manufacturers offer an off the shelf vacuum type bare board loader that can handle boards 16"wide and 22"long? We're having issues with our de-stacker since these boards tend to come in warped.

PCB Warp Issues

I've seen this warp issue across several different PCB's we assemble. One of the biggest head ache's is getting the boards to transfer between machines, converyors, and inside our pick and place. Due to the warpage, transport between conveyors is dif

Alright gentlemen and ladies of the forum, I again seek knowlage on what is probably a well known fact. I have spent a good part of the morning with various IPC standards and weighty tomes such as the Electronic Packaging and Interconnection Handboo

Hi Anthony! Earl's right, things can get rather involved when you start discussing ALL the things that affect whether or not a board is going to warp. The way I look at the issue is try to separate the warp issue into two catagories; 1. The board bei

| Does anybody know if a contraption exists that will minimize a PCB's tendency to become slightly bent after reflow? We have a new product that we're planning to assemble in a couple of months. The board is 9.7" by 13.4" and it is imperitive that

Hey, Preacher, choir here. Unfortunately I didn't get to make the call here (hot boards, new product, same ol' same ol'), but I dam* well am looking for future (print) backup to assist in persuading the bottom line guys that it's cheaper to wait for
