Update - Solved On talking with BTU they mentioned that if the conveyor is always running full speed then cleaning out the motor brush area with compressed air will cure it. I'm guessing that the carbon dust had encroached onto the encoder. A good b

Hi Dallen, I do not know BTU VIP70 oven, any way make sure if it is not yet wired for 480 V 3Ph (wiring diagram), may be it needs just to reset wiring on terminal block in order to run at 480V. Best if you ask BTU. If not, you have to buy a Transfo

This is a long shot, but can anybody advise on the supplies for a BTU oven. It is currently in the UK and is supplied by a 415V 4 wire. That is 3 phases and a neutral. We need to ship it to our plant in Mexico where they have a 480V 3 wire supply.
