Also CP-7's have that feeder carriage quick change option which allows you to pull out the whole feeder carriage via a quick change cart and replace it with another one.

We're looking into getting a feeder calibration jig. I know the Fuji is about $14k... Does anyone know about aftermarket? Is anyone using a jig currently for their CP643 feeders? Thanks

10 to 15 minutes per feeder in our facility.That might replace a spring for the take up reel as well.
