My personal favorite is the Siemens F series and the UIC GSM platform. Both Siemens and UIC have awesome resources for csp, flipchip and baredie processing - Siemens= Dan Baldwin from GaTech; UIC = George Westby from UIC labs. My second choice would

| We are currently in the process of purchasing a new low volume SMT line. Based on our research, Quad and Mydata seems to best fit our applications. Has anyone used both equipment and experience the pro and cons of each machine? Thanks in advance fo

No question that metal retains a lot of heat (slow to heat up and slow to cool down). But again in a batch oven, it mainly boils down to the heater. I know, until you see proof you are skeptical. I think by posting a url to product specs will

| Just out of curiosity, who's holding the market for the semi-automatic screen printers these days aside from Transition Automation? I know MPM offers some printers in that price range, but are they holding any real market share in that niche? | |

I'd choose between Koh-Young and Omron. Other machines seems to have some conpromises on technologys (just my point of view). We have both of them, but on different sites. Now just planning to perform a batle between it on the same assemblys batch to
