Which encoder did you replace? The one sitting on top of the midas shaft and below the small board or the one attached t the motor next to it? I don't even know if the first one is an encoder.

Interesting. What changes in 1 hour? Is there any connection between the error and feeder/magazine change, load reload? Is there any other factor observed in the hour of work that is abnormal?

thank you for your advice, the problem was in the elmo source 350V, there was a problem of dropping voltage when the engine accelerated.

Looks like an X-belt problem. is it tensioned correctly, not too loose or too tight? Or the X motor is acting up.

I cleaned and re-greased everything on the Hydra head and I even changed the motor and encoder and it still gives me the timeout error Z/156. Where do I look now? My machine has been down now for 3 weeks.

So to sum up: you have no mechanical blockage, you have new motor and encoder. That leaves only two more parts(cable and Hydra Z-Controller).
