If your parts are placing correctly you should be fine as far as calibration. As with all pick & place machines they need greased and filters changed. The maintenance should be in the manual. You can call dynatech they should be able to help you out.

We have tried using pookie to form an air tight seal on top of the connectors without success. We have tried filling the connector with dielectric grease with some success. Havent found any info on 1-2577 in gel form. Has anyone found this product

Hello New to forum, I have a mpm ultra print 1500 can not find a lube coupler for the Z axis slide bearings. Does anyone know what it is and where could I find one. A standard grease coupling does not fit. Thanks Dale

The first time i resolved it i just did a normal maintenance and i thought that the motors where overloaded from old grease. But now this is not the case cause this came just 2 weeks after the maintenance.

Not really, just eyeball. Does it look too loose or feel too tight. Is it lubricated properly, is there enough grease on the sprockets? Also, check the ribbon cables. They might be damaged.
