We are using lead paste on both sides, the only reason we need to change the profile is because the BGA is lead free. I decided to run the BGA side first, then the connector side. This way I am not running both sides through on a hotter profile.

We are starting to see issues with using Kester WS R562 with lead free components. The joints look grainy on almost all of the 0402'2 and other small components. Some of the solder does not solder to the terminations. These are hybrid boards which

We are currently have failures on one of our QFN components. We are running this product with lead free paste, lead free boards and lead free parts. They have done a pull test on this component and it showed that the solder joint mainly dissconnect
