One concern with DIP insertion is making sure the operator inserts the correct tube into the correct feeder. Has anyone ever tried pick-to-light or anything similar?

Hi all, What the largest part I can place with these machines? I'm going to try to install a PLCC68 using the front light because the part is bigger than the backdisk and I want to make sure it can handle it. The part is about 30mmx30mm. Thanks

It turned out that only SF heads support "fine" mode, while FNC does not. Probably because above the FNC nozzle there is a "circle" rotating the nozzles, and in fine mode it can interfere with the reflection of the camera light - the element is lower
