ohm out a sandard 25 pin d-sub. Make wire diagram. do the same to the lsm cable. If same, use standard cable. If different, buy cable and solder lug d-sub connectors and make your own cable. couple hours work.

Make sure the coupling that connects the motor to the rolex shaft is tight. Also make sure that there is no oil or grease on the rolex shaft.

Yes the Plastisol is ESD Safe. Make sure when ordering you specify black esd safe plastisol. We probably would pick it up anyhow, but best to make sure.

I found a place that makes them and they are making some samples for me. Like anything else, I am sure there is a certain touch to placing the bean bags as to not disturb the parts. (Not sure if he uses fine Corinthian or basic cow hide ;)

Make sure that whoever is pretinning leads are not using a water soluble flux. If they are, make sure parts are being cleaned immediately upon cooling

Check to make sure your conveyors are parallel. Also verify the the width to make sure the belts are supporting the board properly. Sounds funny, but I see this more times than anything else.
