Head 1 is not placing the parts in production. Same component is placed by head 2. Head 1 camera is camera 12 type and head 2 camera is type 8. Machine re-set done resent proper data and interchanged cameara still same problem was foundd in head 1.

most of the problems tend to be with TANT components and a few 0603 chips.

The CP-642 simply requires a camera upgrade for 0201 parts. This is the same camera as is used on the CP-643. You should then get identical results

What error displayed after the vision process? If all the parts processed at Head 1 did not pass the vision, try to adjust the scan speed of the camera1. kindly send the error code. Jep

Actually its one part. I had an idea to test some completely different, pre-defined component which has been placed on that machine before. Do You suspect there is a diabolical shape parameter somewhere ? :)
