I appreciate the help. The Hydra travel is fine and goes down and back up with no trouble. I swapped the Z Mot board with the Y Mot board with no change. The long ribbon cables were changed about a month ago but I will inspect them again to be sure.

Hi everyone, We bought a used Juki KE a few months ago. Installed it at the beginning of this year, but have some problems with the Z and ROT servos. As soon as the machine is powered on, the ALM04 red led turns on on some of the Z and ROT drivers.

Thanks for you info. but do I have to buy a BNC type RGB converter box. the market outside is a 15 pins RGB to 15 pins VGA convertor. If you can let me know what and where you got your unit, it will be very helpful. thanks David

Oh wow, I suppose that would fix it huh? That's too bad that the whole unit had to be replaced, but look on the bright side, you should have a decent amount of spare hydra parts now right? haha
