I use Center Edge, and adjust stencil offset. It's very easy, you just have to give it the PCBs width. An other advantage is that If your PCB has scrap strips, and you lose them, or PCB changes, you can print it anyway.

Has anyone use both methods of depaneling on PCB breaktabs? meaning v-score at the edge of the pcb and mouse bites on the opposite side of the tab (break out panel)? Thanks

Are you using a water based flux? Are the solder balls mainly around or near non-plated holes or near the edges of the PCB? If so the preheat must be set so the water content of the flux is fully evaporated before the board hits the solder wave. If

I never saw in any post if your machine uses the camera to find the board edge or if your machine uses the bottom front rail mounted board stop sensor. Also is this with only one particular job you run on this machine or is this happening with ALL

Mike: Look a the Hadco DFM manual ( http://www.hadco.com/ ) Yano if youre lookin for uniformly smooth (not silky smooth) board edges, have you considered scoring to separate your boards? Scoring has: * Minuses (straight lines only, stress on so

I have a PCMCIA type pcb with an 0603 resistor situated exactly half way along the longest edge the device is 2mm form the edge of the pcb. I have experienced incidences of the device fracturing after breakout (hand operation) (pcbs are routed) Coul

Too fast heating/cooling rate in reflow (look at mfg's spec.). Z "overdrive" on pick and place or chipshooter though unlikely I would say. Depanelization method (bending a scored board to break it is tough on things). Bad PCB design - cap. too clo

We have seen a similar problem. Turned out to be mechanical stress on the component caused by the method of location and clamping at ICT. Where is the component located on the assembly? Poorly adjusted clamping pillars on clamshell fixtures can cause
