What kind of Tyco machine?? If its a Q-series you need to have a feeder that has photo sensors across the top to index the next part. There are things you can do to make the machine pick up parts at a better percentage.

We have gone paperless using the aegis software, you can also add the digital photos when needed. The comp. expense was large, (as well as the training) but it has been worth it.

We used a photo-optic sensor powered off the conveyor after the oven that is tied to a relay that trips when a board is seen at the sensor which causes a buzzer to go off. Very simple to make. Good luck.

Hi All, I encountered mosfet with solder voids as shown in the attached file(X-ray photo). Its happen mostly at this power mosfet area..Any idea to eliminate this defect? Thanks in advance, Sean
