I never said ASM wouldn't take more than one reel of the same PN per gantry, just that during optimization it generally doesn't call for more than one reel of the same PN per gantry.

I would also look into un-reeling and re-reeling them. Might be tricky, but no less tricky than trying to rotate them with a machine I imagine.

This is getting deep but here's my input: Here's an idea....... Get a full reel and weigh it on a parts scale down in the stock room. Next weigh an empty reel. Subtract empty from full, and devide this value by the quantity of the full reel. This
