Please help me identify this diode

It's a small diode with orange core - has a blue kathode stripe it reads "3" then as you roll it over it reads "2c" That is it. I really would appreciate any help in identifying this diode and understanding the coding method used on these diodes. Th

We roll ours up, fingers and all, and soak them for about an hour in a solution of water and DOMINATE (heavy duty degreaser) you can order from Grainger. They come out looking brand new every time!

I have shlves with rollers and a stop on one end. Boxes go in one end and roll towards the other. One end for people to pull from, the other is to load. I have bunch left over and willing to sell cheap. Let me know if you want them.
