To those of you that use Universal 4796 HSPs: What is the typical % of pick errors resulting in scrap off of your machines? What have you done to reduce these problems? Thank you for any feedback.

No the machine is not capacity constrained. We do not use IPC-9850. Rated CPH is taken from Equipment manufaturer. Fuji-CP643. Universal HSP4796 We have 3 manufaturing units at different location Difficult to standardize OEE calculation

We recently upgrade our Universal/Sanyo 4791 chipshooter to incorporate the NN heads. Since that time (four months ago) We have had several springs break in the new heads. Anyone had a similiar experience? Any idea what might be going on? Thanks

Does anyone know of an alternate source or a monitor that can be used in place of the old Mitsubishi monitors. Surely there is a newer replacement. Universal/Sanyo wants about $8k for these. The monitor that is in there now is a Mitsubishi XC-1498
