I need some information about coplanarity specs for QFP's. I try to setup coplanarity inspection on my QP242 but i'm not sure about what value i need on each parameter in order to setup my diferents parts data for this option. Thanks in advance.

The problem is IPC spec. calls for 7 mils/inch but my equipment spec. calls for Warpage as 40 mils.Our Equipment folks saying if a board warps more than 40 mils ,there will be placement issue.

The problem that I am facing is the Equipment Engieer refuse to run this lot as the boards warp as high as 60 mils but the machine spec.call max 40 mils warpage.The boards length is 16 inches and the thickness is 93 mils.The supplier feedback this is

If I am reading the spec right it puts down 32,000 parts per hour. Looks pretty slick, not much info on the website though and could only get a 1 page spec sheet from Fuji.

Thanks Rob, Our tape does meet the Kemet spec but I am actually wondering if there is an EIA spec or something to compare to.

Greetings, Is there a Mil Spec or IPC spec on how many times you can wave solder a PCB? I did a search on this forum with no results. Common sense says two or three times. I need documentation.Thanks for any info.
