It could be the blowers in cooling section of the oven. Try turning them off. It could be the belt is not level.

What type of residue is it. Are you sure its not the solder mask turning white? Odd that it would only be on the bottom...

If motor direction cannot be reversed, just place the conveyors turned 180deg. and the problem is solved. - Cheers !
